Our History

If you're considering a Bosetti franchise, you can be assured you'll be joining a team with solid business credentials and sound principles. Bosetti was founded with the aim of providing high quality window furnishings in a way that is convenient to consumers and at a price to fit almost any budget. In 2006 Bosetti was launched and already has succesful franchises in 3 states.

Training

You don't need to have existing skills or experience, as all Bosetti franchise owners receive two weeks training to ensure they are ready to succeed in their business. This initial training is followed up with ongoing support and training, with more advanced training available if required.

Support

As a franchise owner you become part of the Bosetti team and you'll receive significant support from the entire team every step of the way. As well as the initial training, you'll be provided with marketing support through product and marketing brochures, advertising, the Bosetti website, and our 1300 phone number. In addition, Bosetti's support staff are available for any issue or question that may arise. We also conduct regular training and support meetings.

As previously mentioned, you don't need to have existing skills or experience to operate a Bosetti franchise. In fact, you'll probably be surprised how easy it is to run a Bosetti franchise and look after all your customer's needs. The skills and knowledge required to run your Bosetti franchise are all covered in a three week specialist training course. This training includes:

  • A complete overview of Bosetti's products and guarantees.
  • A comprehensive review of our sales manual and selling techniques.
  • Instructions in operating Bosetti's custom-designed computer software, which helps you prepare quotes, order materials and track jobs.
  • An overview of administration requirements.
  • Instructions on how to measure for and install window furnishings.
  • A complete review of the 'How to install' technical manual.
  • Practical experience in measuring and installing.

After this initial two-week training, Bosetti organises regular sales and installation training sessions every year. This ensures Bosetti franchise owners keep up to date with the latest products, sales techniques and software upgrades. In addition, if you require any further assistance at any time, a Bosetti support person is only a phone call away.
